Oprah had a show about food and different things that you should look for in ingrediants on labels, and not put them in your body if at all possible, because of the drastic effects these foods can have on you over time. So now im constantly looking at labels, i guess thats a good thing, because im eating a lot healthier.

Dr. Oz says to avoid sugar.Dr. Oz says to avoid high fructose corn syrup.Dr. Oz says to avoid enriched flour.Dr. Oz says hydrogenated oil is unhealthy.Dr. Oz says to avoid saturated fat.

(sugar),(high fructose corn syrup),(enriched flour),(trans fat) & (Saturated fat) 

There are things that are good for your body though.

The doctor that was on the show and ate the right way, looked amazing, and he was like fifty something. Eating right isnt about being thin its about being healthy. (I learned that from Oprah) Getting thin however is usually a byproduct of eating healthy.
